Branding for Speedo’s Harborside Cafe & Bar - a family-owned lakeside institution serving up the best views of Geneva Lake since 1961.
The Condos family wanted to honor the long history of their restaurant, founded by their immigrant grandparents in 1961. Being situated right on the waterfront and taking inspiration from the knotty pine and brass details of the interior, we gave things a modern nautical feel. Many locals and regulars know the restaurant affectionately and simply as “Speedo’s,” so we developed a set of alternative marks with the shorter nickname.
